Daniel Robinson has joined the SEACHANGE publishing family for his songs in the Christian and Gospel space.
Daniel is a worship leader, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Glasgow, Scotland who has been leading worship, writing songs and serving the Church for over 25 years.
After spending a decade in full-time pastoral ministry in California, Daniel and his family returned to the UK in 2021. Often described as having a psalmist’s heart, Daniel writes with honesty, reverence and vulnerability. His desire is not simply to write melodies that are memorable, but words that carry truth and speak of the wonder of God’s kingdom. Daniel is the founder of Eleven Eleven Music, a boutique studio in Glasgow city centre. The studio exists as a creative hub built on community, collaboration and friendship.
Daniel Robinson said “I had been praying for a couple of years for a publishing family who value people as much as songs. Unexpectedly, God brought Jamie into my life, and from the beginning his only agenda was friendship. I discovered we shared similar values and after much prayer, I knew Seachange was the right home for me and my songs."
Jamie Thomson, Head of Publishing and A&R at Song Solutions/Seachange added “Daniel is an extremely talented creative and writer and has crafted a career for himself in music with a number of artist profiles across different genres. I’ve loved getting to know him over the last couple of years and we’re excited to be able to partner with him as he crafts songs within the rapidly growing Christian and Gospel music genre”

Song Solutions today announces SEACHANGE; a new imprint which embeds values of shared success and social justice into the heart of song publishing.
SEACHANGE combines the precision of high-level music publishing and administration with the vision to instil values of community, writer development and compassion into the way we publish songs.
Where historically, traditional publishing deals have been between the songwriter and the publisher, with SEACHANGE two new portions of royalty income are introduced. The ‘Team Fund’ is shared between the writers on the roster, promoting a strong value of shared success, and the ‘Change Fund’ goes towards fuelling and funding the work of social justice.
Launching with a roster of writers including Elle Limebear, Jake and Mates, Jonny Bird, Sarah Bird, Anna Hamilton and Nora Bart, it is clear that this fresh vision for music publishing is resonating with songwriters.
Jamie Thomson, Head of Publishing and A&R at Song Solutions said; “Many people are sensing the winds of change in the music industry, and we are no different. We often talk about songs changing the world, but we wondered what it would look like to design a new publishing model that harnesses the power of songs to shape a fairer world, where royalties catalyse change, both in the world we live in and the creative communities we call home. We are delighted to be launching SEACHANGE and to be doing it with such a talented roster of writers; we firmly believe this isn’t just a moment for one music publisher, but a moment for music publishing to think about how our industry can build a better world.”
SEACHANGE is a publishing imprint of Song Solutions, a UK-based global music publisher with over 30 years experience of providing solutions to the complexity of the music industry.
